Peggy Risch, PT, RCST®
In my early teens, I loved nature and knew I would help people. I began with a physical therapy degree, followed by training in osteopathic manual therapy, and then certifications from a German body-mind program. Upon moving to Mount Shasta, I advocated for sacred landscapes and was recognized for my work by the Pit River Tribe. What seemed to put it all together was Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, with its orientation to Stillness and what is always whole. The RCST® designation follows the successful completion of an extensive 2 1/2 year training, which includes perceptual and centering skills as well as the study of anatomy, embryology, and the energetic expressions of the craniosacral system.
What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?
Health and wholeness are the focus in this gentle, non-invasive, yet profound hands-on treatment for the whole person. It is an art of deeply listening to the subtle rhythms of your system, sensing and understanding its language, and the healing intentions present. Your sessions offers an opportunity for self-regulation and the possibility of transmutation by the deeper organizing forces that are found in the Dynamic Stillness.
